Network Stability Update & Upcoming Router Replacement – Jaipur Data Center

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that earlier today, one of our routers at the Jaipur Data Center was experiencing intermittent hanging issues, which resulted in 2–3 instances of network disruption. To stabilize the network, we have replaced the affected router with a temporary backup device. However, this router has slightly lower capacity compared to the original one.

We have already placed an order for the same model router, which is expected to arrive within the next 2–3 days (by Monday). Once received, we will schedule a short maintenance window of approximately 5–10 minutes to replace the temporary router with the new one. Prior intimation will be shared before the activity.
